1. As purposeful training means a training that involves TIME, PATIENCE and CONCERN for Teachers and Parents most active co-operation of the parents is essential during the formative years of their children's character, personality and intellect.
2. The promotion to higher classes is declared on the results of class and term tests and the class Teacher's reports. If a pupil misses his/her test in the same it cannot be taken again on administrative ground.
3. The School Authorities reserve the right to request the guardian to remove his/her ward from the School, should his/her behaviour be undesirable.
4. When a pupil is absent from School, a letter stating the reason for his/her absence must be sent to the Head of the school by the guardian. Half-day leave is not allowed.
5. Two months fees are to be paid together in advance before long vacancies (i.e. Summer, Puja Vacations and in March).
6. One full calendar month's notice for withdrawal of any pupil either from School or bus service must be given in writing by the guardians in default of which one month's fees will be charged. The refundable caution money will be refunded after one month from the date of receipt of the application in writing along with the T.C. No. letter of authorisation for withdrawal of caution money is allowed. No T.C. will be issued before the expiry of the month. Urgent fees of Rs.50/- to be paid for T.C. claimed earlier.
7. If fees are in arrears for more than two months, the name of the pupil will be struck off from the school Register.
8. If a child fails twice in one class he/she must leave the school.
9. Parents-teachers meetings are held from time to time to discuss students' performance in the class. Parents can also meet the teachers on the specified days only.
10. All communications must be addressed to the Head of the School. Guardians and and parents should not visit the class-room nor meet the teachers during class hours.
11. No attested Copies of Mark-Sheets or Character Certificates cane be issued during the session on administrative ground.
12. Once the Pupil attend school, he/she will not be allowed to leave the school premises, without valid reason.
13. Parents are requested to make photocopies of Report Cards once they are given out after the Half Yearly Examinations. Report Cards will not be given out later for this purpose.
14. Pass mark in each subject is 40% from class KG-I to V.
